WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

michaelkors.co.uk accepts the following payment type for online purchases:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Michael Kors Gift Card

If paying by card or PayPal, an authorization hold for the total amount of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.

Our checkout process uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.

Please note that not all payment methods can be used for every type of order – the payment methods applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Please also note in the event that you wish to return an item, any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by calling a Customer Services representative on 0800 358 0598. Our Customer Services team are available 9am-8pm GMT Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm GMT Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping and Delivery:  Free Shipping on all orders.

We offer up to 4 shipping methods for online orders in the UK: (1) Free Delivery, (2) Standard Delivery, (3) Express Delivery and (4) Next-Day Delivery. The products will be delivered within 30 days from when we confirm your order.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered Business Days.

** Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will ship on the next business day. Next-Day orders placed before 3pm GMT on Fridays will be delivered on Saturday.

Express and Next-Day Delivery services may not be applicable to all postcodes, the available shipping options will be displayed when you enter your delivery address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Please note that for our delivery services, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery and you will be notified via the contact information you have provided for this purpose

Should you attempt to check out on a site that does not offer shipping to your requested country, you will be transferred to the relevant country site if possible. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Unfortunately you cannot make changes once an order is placed.

WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return & Exchanges Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Michael Kors returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, jewellery or beauty products where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, nor of custom-made items. 

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except as otherwise stated here. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

You have two options for returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online on michaelkors.co.uk: by post or in store. All returns or exchanges of online orders, whether by post or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries you will have 30 days from the day on which you receive your last delivery for that order.

Option 1: By Post

To return or exchange by post, please follow these instructions:

  • 1. Complete the required information on the returns form included with your package.
  • 2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the returns form. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
  • 3. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
  • 4. Post your return package at any UK Post Office
  • 5. Your return will be processed within approximately 14 business days. Please note that if you have requested an exchange, a refund for the item will be refunded to the original payment method and our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a new order.

You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us at Michael Kors cost. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item rather than use the pre-paid returns label, you will be liable for the cost of return.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

If you have lost your returns form or your pre-paid returns label please contact Customer Services who will be able to email you another.

Option 2: In Store

You can return or exchange items purchased at michaelkors.co.uk in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in the United Kingdom. You will need to present your returns form or your order shipment email at the time of the return or exchange. Note that in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability in that store. Subject to the below exceptions, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Please note that any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Your order will arrive with a prepaid shipping label, which can be used to return the merchandise at no additional costs. Post your return package at any UK Post Office.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you are using both a Gift Card and another payment method to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using another payment method. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Your return will be processed within approximately 14 business days. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

IF I GIVE A GIFT TO SOMEONE, CAN THAT PERSON RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Gifts can be returned by post or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by post, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

WILL MY ORDER INCLUDE VAT?

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate in the UK on the day on which you place your order on the site. The prices quoted exclude shipping charges which are quoted separately and can be found in the Shipping & Delivery Information page. The final price of your order, including any shipping cost, will be communicated to you in your order summary before placing your order.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM. CAN I ORDER FROM MICHAELKORS.CO.UK?

CAN I SEE MY ORDER HISTORY WITH MICHAELKORS.CO.uk?

You must be a registered account holder on michaelkors.co.uk to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes both online and in-store purchases. The orders displayed are only those made after establishing your account.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE IS BEST FOR ME?

Size guides are available for all clothing and shoes. You can find them on the product detail pages under the Choose Size drop down menu.
