What is Klarna?

Klarna is a global payment solutions company that provides customers with a simpler and seamless buying experience. If Klarna is available as a payment option in your country, it will show up as an option at checkout. Choose the Klarna payment option that works best for you and accept the terms. What are my payment options with Klarna?

For customers in the UK, Klarna offers the following options to pay for your order:

Pay Later: The payment period offered is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.

Pay Over Time: With the service from Klarna you can pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free installments over 60 days according to the conditions stated in the checkout.

The payment methods Pay Later and Pay Over Time are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com.

How do returns and refunds work with Klarna?

Purchases made using Klarna payment options can only be returned by post. If you have a question about your balance or payments with Klarna, please contact Klarna Customer Service.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by contacting a Customer Services representative.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer up to 3 shipping methods for online orders in the UK: (1) Free Delivery, (2) Standard Delivery and (3) Express Delivery.

**Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will ship on the next business day.

How do I return my order?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return & Exchanges Policy.

To return by post, please follow these instructions:

  • 1. Complete the required information on the returns form included with your package.
  • 2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the returns form. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
  • 3. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
  • 4. Drop off your return package at any UK Post Office. From here it will go to our UK returns management facility and then on to our European returns centre where your return will be processed and refunded.
  • 5. Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from reciept of package at our return facility. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method.
  • 6. For items that were bought online and collected in store, please contact Customer Services on europe.customerservice@michaelkors.com to obtain a pre-paid return label.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

Merchandise ordered on michaelkors.co.uk can be shipped to addresses in the UK. For orders to other countries, please visit the relevant Michael Kors site for your country.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of package at our return facility. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If I give a gift to someone, can that person return it to exchange it for something else?

Gifts can be returned by post or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by post, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

Will my order include VAT?

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate in the UK on the day on which you place your order on the site. The prices quoted exclude shipping charges which are quoted separately and can be found in the Shipping & Delivery Information page. The final price of your order, including any shipping cost, will be communicated to you in your order summary before placing your order.

Will I have to pay any customs charges to receive my order?

No. There are no customs charges payable on any order. You will not be required to pay any fees or charges to receive or return any order.

Why was my order cancelled?

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team.
