What payment methods can I use?

michaelkors.co.uk accepts the following payment type for online purchases:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Michael Kors Gift Card

If paying by card or PayPal, an authorization hold for the total amount of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment. For Collect in Store orders, a payment authorization will be placed at the time of purchase and held until you are charged for the order at the time of collection.

Our checkout process uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.

Please note that not all payment methods can be used for every type of order – the payment methods applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Klarna offers different payment options based on the customer’s billing address and transaction amount. For United Kingdom, the following payment methods are available:

  • Pay Later: The payment period offered is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.
  • Pay Over Time: With the service from Klarna you can pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free instalments over 60 days according to the conditions stated in the checkout.

The payment methods Pay Later and Pay Over Time are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. Further information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com.

Please also note in the event that you wish to return an item, any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card or cash.

Purchases made by Klarna cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by post.

If Klarna is available as a payment option in your country, it will show up as an option at checkout. Choose the Klarna payment option that works best for you and accept the terms. What are my payment options with Klarna?

For customers in the UK, Klarna offers the following options to pay for your order:

SHIPPING & RETURNS


How can I track my shipment?

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by contacting a Customer Services representative.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer up to 2 shipping methods for online orders in the UK: (1) Free Delivery and (2) Express Delivery.

How do I return my order?

You can return merchandise purchased online on michaelkors.co.uk via mail. Alternatively, you can return or exchange in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in the United Kingdom.

All returns or exchanges of orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery.

Option 1: By Mail

  1. Visit our Returns Centre to start your return. Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the required information.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
  3. Follow the instructions provided and drop off your return package at any local post office or drop off location indicated.
  4. Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method.

Option 2: In Store

Visit our Returns Centre and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your in store return.

You can return or exchange items purchased online at michaelkors.co.uk (including if the order was bought online and collected in a store), on in store using our in-store assisted selling tool, in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in the United Kingdom. You will need to present your returns form or your Shipping Confirmation, Customer Invoice or Notice for Customer Collection email or other proof of purchase at the time of the return or exchange.

Note that in-store exchanges are subject to inventory availability in that store.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Return by Mail

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except as otherwise stated here. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

In store returns

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Please note that any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card or cash. If you wish to receive a refund to your PayPal account, you must return your order by mail.

The above in-store return policies also apply to orders that were bought online and collected in a store.

Klarna returns

Purchases made by Klarna cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by mail.

Returning a gift

Gifts can be returned by mail or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by mail, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

Merchandise ordered on michaelkors.co.uk can be shipped to addresses in the UK. For orders to other countries, please visit the relevant Michael Kors site for your country.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of package at our return facility. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If I give a gift to someone, can that person return it to exchange it for something else?

Gifts can be returned by mail or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by mail, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

Will my order include VAT?

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate in the UK on the day on which you place your order on the site. The prices quoted exclude shipping charges which are quoted separately and can be found in the Shipping & Delivery Information page. The final price of your order, including any shipping cost, will be communicated to you in your order summary before placing your order.

Will I have to pay any customs charges to receive my order?

No. There are no customs charges payable on any order. You will not be required to pay any fees or charges to receive or return any order.

Why was my order cancelled?

The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and features of our Products on the Sites. However, the particular technical specifications, displays and settings of your electronic device could affect the accuracy of the display. From time to time, information on the Site might contain typographical or visual errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability. In such a case, we will communicate it to you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. If you decide not to purchase the Product, we will cancel your order and terminate the contract. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team.
