Dissatisfied with packaging and ...
Delivery was on time, but I was disappointed with the overall presentation and value for money. At £89+, this doesn’t feel like a genuine offer price for such a simple design — it’s essentially a small, open tote with no zip, button or particularly elaborate detailing. I would expect this style to be closer to £45–£50 on a proper offer.
The packaging was even more disappointing. I expected at least some basic Michael Kors presentation — a branded shopping bag, dust bag, or something to make it feel like a branded purchase. Instead, it arrived simply wrapped in a plain cardboard box with nothing special at all. I’ve bought Michael Kors in-store before, and the presentation is completely different. For a brand like Michael Kors and a price close to £90, I expected much more care in how the bag was presented and protected.
